Hey there, I'm Amanda Leaveck.

My love for the human body began during my college career, where I spent most of my time buried in books about biology, anatomy, and the human brain.  I graduated with a B.S. in neuroscience and a minor in dance.. 

Since then, I have become an impassioned advocate for anything that nurtures health, wellness, and vitality in every day life.

Meditation

When we can linger in the present moment, our autonomic nervous system can begin to heal the body naturally.

By combining methods of meditation, visualization, yoga postures, and breath work, this course will give you tools to help you disconnect from old habits in order to actively create the health, career, and lifestyle of your dreams.

Using a scientific model of transformation that draws from research in the fields of neuroscience and epigenetics, participants will learn how to rewire habitual thought patterns that keep them stuck in self-destructive beliefs, thoughts, and routines.  

Join a cohort of colleagues and cast a spell on your life in such a way that growth occurs immediately.  The secret code to abundance is in YOU, and when you learn how to access it on a regular basis, the stuff that looks magic to other people will start to be the life that you live. 

These four weeks will contain a little science, a little magic, and a whole lot of love and support.
